Mohammed Khubaib
4+ years of strenuous experience in Construction Industry with intensive focus on design , constructability , execution and overall administration for large constitution project (Hospital, Group Housing, Commercial and Special infrastructure).
Khubaib have a Master's in Healthcare architecture leading tremendous transformation in healthcare industries.

Visualizer
Vipin
Vipin is a proficient 3D Visualizer who has extensive expertise in delivering 3D architectural rendering services to the clients. Vipin's specialization varies from visualizing 3d Floor Plan, 3D Product Rendering, Photoshop Rendering & 360 Panorama, 3D Architectural Rendering & 3D walkthrough Animation. He is proficient in making photorealistic 3D views as per your AutoCAD detailed drawings.

Sadan Malik
Sadan holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Masters degree in (Building Services and Management) from Faculty of Architecture and Ekistics, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi.
He has been a project architect for projects including Healthcare, Housing, Commercial and Residential Projects.
A strong believer in the ability of the architecture and research combined with design thinking for strengthening our societies and having a positive effect on the future and the world.

Sustainable Architect
Shahzeb Ejaz
Shahzeb Ejaz, pursued his Bachelor of Architecture and Master of Architecture (Healthcare Architecture) from Jamia Millia Islamia. He is a LEED Green Associate and IGBC Accredited Professional. He has experience of over 4 and a half years in energy efficiency, green building design solution and certification, water audit and solid waste management audit. Prior to joining Design Conclave, he worked with Kalpakrit Sustainable Environments Pvt. Ltd. as a Sr. Sustainable Design Associate. He has been actively involved in facilitation for LEED, IGBC and GRIHA projects, research and education and energy simulation. His responsibilities also included client interaction and management and timely delivery of projects. He has been involved with various flagship clients such as CPWD, Indian Institute of Management, Indian Institute of Technology, Nagpur Metro being some of them.

Yusra Yasmeen
Yusra Yasmeen is a post graduate in Architecture and has worked as a project architect in various projects including commercial, healthcare, educational and residential. Her approach is to interpret the project’s complexity and challenges as a positive creative force in the creation of spaces. She has keen interest in exploring new ideas, incorporating it as per client satisfaction and firmly believes that design is a collaborative effort.

Mubashshar Sultan
Mubashshar graduated from the F/o Architecture & Ekistics with a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Architecture. He has developed a diverse architectural skillset through his experience working with PSU and Government Organizations with most recently on high-end Bespoke Residential, healthcare, Institutional and interior projects. He has worked on various eminent projects under Home Ministry and Ministry of Steel.
Mubashshar shares a particular interest in Spatial Phenomenology; the relationships between form, void, light, materiality and human experience. He has spent a number of hours tutoring Architecture and Spatial Design.
